Cooking with Nails


This months special recipe is:

Sage Turkey


12lb turkey, 1/4 cup of sage

San Francisco Style Stove Top stuffing(x2)

6 stalks of celery, 1 Tbsp of salt

2 bay leaves, 2 lemons, 6 cloves of garlic

1 Tbsp of black pepper


*Chop the cloves of garlic, celery and lemon and mix with the Stove Top stuffing and stuff it in the turkey. Sprinkle salt and pepper over your turkey. Cook for 4hrs or until done, at 325°F. Baste your turkey with wine and olive oil, as it cooks or as needed.
